It scares me a little that you seem so young, your body is still growing so don't cut to many calories. Tae Bo is a great workout, paired with less refined sugar and all the fruit and veggies you can eat! Also, cravings last about 15 minutes. When a craving for sugar or something not to healthy strikes, drink a big glass of water and take a walk or fold laundry or anything that will keep your mind occupied until the craving passes. YOU CAN DO IT!! The only way to lose weight and keep it off is to change your eating habits, for good. 2 months is plenty of time to see results and make a healthy change for the future.

What have you tried already?

A friend of mine did South Beach Diet and lost 30 pounds over the course of a few months. I could never do it because I don't have the willpower to give up foods I love but it really works for some people.

My best advice is to add a 30 minute daily workout to your routine. Find something you like to do (run, yoga, bike, whatever) and get to work.

Eat smaller portions. Whatever you normally eat in a meal - cut it in half. If you're still hungry a half an hour after the meal then find a healthy snack.

Also, aol has daily diet tips. Check out the summer diet plan.

get your jaw wired shut. you'll be drinking soup and stuff thru a straw, basically. otherwise, if you're willing to work hard, hit the gym. reduce carbs in your diet, have high-protein stuff like grilled chicken breasts, and add a lot of exercise to your routine. jogging at a medium pace for half an hour a day will burn a lot of fat. not too slow, not too fast.
