I like the mornings. This way I get it out of the way and I'm not fighting with all the stressed out people later in the day.

Mornings work best cause you get your body going, especially your metabolism. Make sure you eat something and drink plenty of water. If you get your metabolism going in the morning, it will burn more calories and fat all day long.
