what are the three aspects of fitness. i need to write a paper on it and the website i was suppose to go on doesnt work!

Happiness is the main aspect, I don't know about the other two.

I looked at that first post and that does not appear to be what you are looking for. Maybe you wanted to know about the 3 types of muscle that are created during exercise. It used to be slow twitch from cardio and fast twitch from resistance training but they added a 3rd one. First one is for endurance and second is for power and strength. Third one is like a mix. maybe below site can help you.

Cardio - jogging, swimming, and stuff
Flexibility - stretching
Toning - working your muscles and weightlifting
