sometimes i wonder if they actually have a formula that works or if its the people's minds playing tricks on them. like when the commercials list what they can do.. if the people believe it when they take it because that's what the bottle, box, or commercial says.

There is no magic pill for weight loss. Watch what you eat and exercise are the only tried and true methods for weight management. (calories in - calories burned = weight loss, gain, or stability). The best "diet" I ever did is logging what I eat and how much activity I did to counter act what I ate. If you do this after a while you know if you eat certain foods you need to do "x" amount on the tread mill or what ever to erase the effect.

I would try "TRIMSpa Baby. It seems to have worked for thousands. I used Stacker 2, and I also did 50 crunches in the am and 50 in the pm... Don't eat past 8 o'clock pm, or 3 hours before you go to bed. Don't go back for 2nds, and don't eat until you are so full about to explode. Just eat until you feel comfortable. No pill will work w/out exercise and proper diet.

DIET PILLS ARE JUST A COMMERCIAL WAY TO REACH INTO THE PUBLIC'S MIND TO TELL THEM THAT PILLS ARE THE ANSWER TO EVERYTHING INCLUDING WEIGHT LOSS. I WOULD RECOMMEND DOING IT HEALTHY AND THE RIGHT WAY LIKE WATCHING WHAT YOU EAT AND EXERCISING AT LEAST 3-4 TIMES A WEEK. ALL OF THOSE DIET PILLS RECOMMEND YOU WATCH WHAT U EAT AND TO EXERCISE- SO WHY TAKE A PILL TO DO THE SAME THINGS AS BEING HEALTHY. DIET PILLS ARE A FAD THAT HASNT FADED YET, JUST REMEMBER THAT.

Diet pills can help you lose weight combined with a proper diet and exercise. No diet pill will make you lose weight without your own dedication.

They do work but they're not safe or healthy plus they are addicting. Loosing weight should be done the right way with exercise and eating right.

They do for a little while, but if you aren't adjusting your food intake and doing exercises, then it will just come back on.
