some peoples body types arent built long and lean.im 5'2 and weigh 112lbs.i have musle to be toned not just skinny.exersize and eat healthy,you may have some muscle but itll look hot.if you just want skinny,only eat breakfast and nothing else the whole day.or dont eat anything.youll get that skeleton look in no time!

I use weight watchers. It's easy to do it on that. I"ve lost 30 lbs on it. The only thing is it's expensive. So, try to find someone with the points books and do it on your own.

yoga or palaties depending on your weight diet pills dnt work if ur not tryiny to me musculer dont eat heavy food and dont eat after 6:30 every nite ull look good in no time

Simple. Excersice a lot and stop eating meats or like....you know fats. Like: Soda....candies....meat....] dont eat all those!
What you should eat is fruit...and other healthy food. Stay strong and healthy....loose weigh by the way!

oh oh I know this one (: ... you must of course eat right but the mucles you excercise must aslo be the right ones or you get bulky...there is a plan on the market that gives you proper exercise for your body type good luck. tn

cut back on how much your eatin' & choose healthyer foods. if u feel hungry but r not totaly starvin' just drink sum water or iced t.
