Eat gluten free foods, there are breads and pasta and sweets, you just have to find the right store. Try Trader Joe's, they have entire lists of the food that they carry that doesn't have the ingredients you are alergic to. Probably other health food store are similar. You can always eat veggies and fruits and meat. Just always read the ingredients on the back of the box.

Those are the only things you can't eat, so that leaves quite a bit. And maybe it is better this way, as not eating the stuff they make with wheat, corn, and barley is good for you.
How about rice? No allergies there? Rice and beans are good for you. And that leaves meat, potatoes, vegetables, and fruit.
No sandwiches though. Unless you can get rye bread that has no wheat or corn syrup. No pizza. No pasta.
This Mediterranean diet comes close to meeting your needs, except that there is bread included in it.
