Omega 3 oils for sure. And hey, you know those lists above? There is a natural juice called Xango that has had great results with about three quarters of them too, and a few that are not mentioned. And that is natural too.

omega 3 oils, which are just entirely good for you. Cook your fish til it is thoroughly cooked, but don't overcook because you damage the oils.
