Im looking for one that tastes good, is low in calories and high in protein. anyone tried any good ones? what results did u have?

I know this might sound really silly, but those artificial shakes and bars always gave me gas. I never found one that didn't. I think they put sulfur in them or used dried fruit that was dried with sulfur. If you want the same results, just eat 1/2 of what you normally would for breakfast (1 peice of toast instead of 2 for example) and 1/2 of what you normally would for lunch. Drink lots of water and eat a regular dinner. Don't eat any sweets and don't eat after 6pm. Brush your teeth alot.

meal replacements arent always the best way to go. Try eating smaller portions, 5 times a day-3 small meals and 2 snacks in between. also dont eat 3 hours before you go to bed.

hmmm well for me the walmart brand where good especially cold I weighed 185 and wanted to drop to 165 and its been a month I kinda slacked a little I now weigh 170
