Just do about 90 minutes of yoga 3-4 times a week. Using your arms to support your own body weight is an awesome way to tone them up real fast.

Weights. They'll help you tighten up those loose spots. You don't have to turn into Arnold (in his good days) just enough to look good. Actually, they don't just help your arms, the entire body benefits from a good weightlifting routine.

make sure to work the tricep muscle and to have a healthy nutrition plan to reduce body fat if needed. also to make sure that you are on a full body work-out so you do not create any muscular imbalances.
