Everyone has a different metabolism, and to some extent its hard to go too far out of your natural bounds (atleast in a comfortable manner) The fact that you work out 2 hours a day, eat balanced meals and all that, has made you healthier im sure, even if you havent lost alot of weight.

I would ask your dr/health care provider and see what he/she thinks about your situation, unless your dr REALLY recommends taking some kind of weight loss pill I would stay away from it.

Be sure to check out weight control websites for random tips like, not eating after 6pm, how not to overeat, etc etc.

Remember, you cant force your body into a scedule, it takes a long time to safley loose weight, I lost 65 pounds in about 3 months and I have some stretch marks and stuff from not taking enough care of myself while loosing all the weight.

try to get your doc to prescribe phentermine it works wonders. i have lost over 100 pounds in a couple yrs time. and it is very inexpensive to buy. you have tons of energy,no appetite, and feel great.it is called phentermine 37.5 but do not order this med online cuz it is crazy expensive verses regular rx

You should eat more, smaller means thoughout the day to keep your metabolism working. Don't skip melas or your body will think you're starving and store fat.
