run, do crunches, and eat less crap. when you get up, run on an empty stomach for a while, then come home and eat a good healthy breakfast. have a small lunch, with some snacks (peanuts, raisins) in the mid-afternoon. eat a hearty dinner without that much fat, and go for an afterdinner walk. you'll lose fat all over your body, but the morning exercise will help especially with your stomach.

exercises are alsready suggested by others so i wont repeat. but at bed time take 15 ml (1 tbsp) extra virgin olive oil with equal quantity of lemon juice and 1 cup warm water after perfect mixing of all. DO this for 4 weeks and check your stomach.

perhaps you take beer a lot...That is the primary cause of it...if you don't take beer..then do lot of exercise for your stomach..that will solve the problem....
