Stop or minimize animal fat, minimize cooking oil as much as you can, eat enough of vegetables including leafy vegetables, minimize sugar, eat plenty of fruits and then eat whatever pleases you in lesser quantity You need not know much of dieting. Don't eat. When you are quite hungry, eat whatever you want, but just a little tiny bit of it. Give yourself a favor and don't become a chronic dieter with diet foods.

The weight watchers diet is really good my mom went on it about 10 years ago and lost 109 lbs so I went on it myself and lost 54 lbs. You will eat so much food that you will be pushing it away. But it will be all good for you.
