NO! Don't waste your money. Not only does the Sauna Belt not work, but the Sauna itself is not effective is losing weight. The only thing the sauna does is relax and dehydrate you. instead of using belt, try YOGA or try walking or joging, change ur diet habiits, use salads, and a lot of water near about 20 to 30 steel glass per day, try it
