Well it takes 3500 calories a week to lose 1 pound a week. So that breaks down to 500 calories a day... so if you multiply that by 5 for 5 pounds a week that would mean you have to either burn an extra 2500 calories a day or stop taking that many in...it doesnt sound possible without starving your body... and 10 is certainly impossible unless you go on a fad diet... but then you will eventually gain it all back

see if u wanna loose ur weight first of all drink 2 glassof water (if luke warm water it will be better) in early morning before brushing ur teeth
then in whole day drink atleat 12-13 glass of water it reduces weight faster than anything else and it will surely give a new glow to ur skin and ur metabolism will work faster..
do aerobics or put on ur favourite music and dance on the beats of the it atleast 45-60 mints..
dont sit or lay down immediately after eating ur meal
eat health- not less not more than what u require
increase amount of fruit with highest water content
i think these all are more than sufficient if u really try it

It's not so much what you eat, but how much you eat and how often. If you can eat a healthy breakfast and skip lunch, eat a decent dinner, you are off to a good start. Avoid sugars and of course fatty foods(oily). If you like carbohydrates like pasta, then you have to burn it with exercise like walking or light jogging or else your body will store carbohydrates as fat. Drink water before each meal as it makes you feel somewhat full.

Add 15 minute of excerse no candy or junk food and drink lots of water. get some supplements and eat 4 to 5 small meals a day(hand full of food) in two week you should be down those ten pounds.

I know it sounds crazy, but don't eat. Don't starve yourself, just don't eat like every other day. That's truly the only way to lose it fasst. When I have to fast like that, I drink a lot of V8.

yeah.... I wish I could do that too!!!!
I just had a baby and I want to drop some pounds so I can wear my old clothes and not have to go out and waste money on new/larger clothes. Soooooo good luck!!! We should try it together and give eachother feedback :)

well eat a least two times a day, and do at least two to three hours of work out every day. and try not to give up.. do not eat fast food or junk food.. and also fruits and veggies. good luck
