If for some reason you dont eat for a while how long until you metabolsm would shut down? also would your body take your muscle or fat stores first? if you exercised would you be able to keep our metabolism going?

Ive heard that the average human being can go without food as long as they still have water for a full month. I've personally gone 2 weeks without food. Just to see. Then I got so hungry that I got sick. And I had to eat. But at least I know what my limit is now!

it is hard to determine as some peoples bodies are stronger than others,by just starvingfor a short time can do unrepairable damage to kidneys liver and heart,

It depend upon your body capacity.
It is right you can increase your body capacity by exercise specially yogic exercises
