If you are looking to lose weight consistently and permanently you will find these 3 keys to success very helpful.
1. Create a "Diet for Life". A healthy diet that will give your body the nutrients it needs without a high caloric intake and also be satisfying for you to maintain for years or a lifetime. Try going to www.ediets.com for some help.
2. Just like your diet you should have a fun and interesting workout plan that you can do on an ongoing basis. Do the things that you like doing and it will be a lot easier to maintain.
www.fitnessonline.com
3. Persistance is probably the main key. Know that if you are doing 1 & 2 correctly then the results will come. Don't get frustrated if your not losing 20lbs in a week. Keep on working at it and in 3 months you will be healthy and well on your way to a perfect body.
Much Success to you!

I will tell you what I am doing. I am limiting my carbohydrates. I am eating, watching the amount on the packages of products that I buy. I try to stay around 30 - 35 grams per meal. Now most meals I will be honest with you and tell you that I do go over. But I know I stay under 50 grams. For breakfast I will either eat oatmeal or fry up some bacon and eggs. For lunch I will eat soop and a sandwich with just 2 slices of wheat bread. I try to stay away from bleached white bread products. For supper I eat basically all the salad I want with all the vegetables in it I want. Limit the portion of meat to around 6 - 8 ounces for me anyway. Try to keep away from potatoes. Last, but certainly not least don't forget dessert. Watchout on dessert, the amount you eat can be deadly, literally.

Honey, I wish I knew the right answer, because so many different things work for different people. You seem to be doing the right thing by exercising and jogging. It is cardiovascular activity which should help you lose the weight nicely, evenly and healthy.
Of course, you do have to watch your diet: what you eat. Eat healthily, and drink lots of water.
All the best

Smaller portions. Simple exercise such as walking a mile or two and work your way up to 4 miles per day. Drink plenty of water. Cut down on your sweets.

weight, you mean. first of, though, I sincerely disadvice acquiring an eating disorder, because it is a.) possibly fatal, and b.) because its unnecesary. and stupid. Not eating will REALLY drop your weight, but only because your system is crashing and your losing muscle, which is heavier then fat. but you dont want that, because your metabolism is somewhat based on your muscle mass. All you really have to do is Atkins. dont eat carbs (rice, noodles, bread, you know) eat everything else you want. but not sugar. And excersice. a lot. Good Luck.
