I'm looking for any way at all to lose weight. I'm desperate I am ready to try Laxative's, throwing up, anything. PLEASE HELP! I've tried everything in diet pill's and walking and so on.

Hey,
I think Try to set small goals, say 2 pounds per week. Exercise in a a way you like, dancing is great exersise. Count FAT GramS! Not carbs. And find a cure for cravings, like a spoonful of lowfat icecream topping for chocolate. Also, pick one day a week or every two weeks and eat whatever you want. Just because you are dieting does not mean you should torchure yourself. Good luck and most importantly, give youself a break and dont beat yourself up. If you slip no big deal, just keeep on going on like it didnt even happen and you will find you wanna change your life not that you have to!

I recomend swimming! Especially doing the butterfly(it's a type of stroke) It gives you a sexy body because it works on your abs, arms, legs, & breath support(if that counts for anything)! Join a swim team or just get someone to teach you how to swim this stroke & swim this for 30 minutes to 1 hour a day! You should get a great tone body in 3 months & you should see results(& feel them) in 3-4 weeks? I know this personally because I am on a swim team & i swim this stroke & other various 1's an hour 4 times a week plus swim meets!

Take in less calories and exercise. Drink unsweet tea instead of sweet tea, or stop taking in so much sugar into your diet. Also, quit eating so many fried foods, and start eating more baked foods and grilled foods. Watch out for the starches like breads and batter on chicken and fish.

DON'T DO DIET PILLS OR THROW UP..

Just make your meals in smaller sizes and exersice more...DON'T TRY THROWING UP!! throwing up and diet pills and not eating are VERY BAD for you...You most likely won't lose wieght you'll gain it in the future...

the easiest and most natural way... eat grapefuit all day. grapefruit is known to burn fat. try it for a month and come back and tell me the difference.

also, go to a natural store and get a colon cleanser, you might need to do that.

giving up sugar, natural sweeteners AND artificial sweeteners is working for me.


It is like the sweet stuff made me hungrier.
