Here is what you need to do, if you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off. Eat 6 small meals a day about every 4 hours. Here what that will do for you, your metabolism will increase (i.e. Loose weight) and you will have more engry. If you go on a diet and eat less, your metabolism will slow down and store to fat. That is why diets dont work. Only the size of your fist, carbs (examples:baked potato, pasta, oatmeal, beans, corn, melon, apples, fat free yogurt, whole wheat breads)in one and protien (examples:chicken breast, swordfish, shrimp, turkey breast) in the other. You can also eat vegetables and salads with any meal, they dont have none or little fat). 30min cardo exercise every day. Any of these(examples: walking, jogging, swimming, running, biking, ect), Monday cardo, tues upper body (arms: curls, tricep extensions, pull ups, front press)(abdominals: leg pull crunch, leg raises), (chest: bench press, butterfly, pullover)(shoulders: front press, arm pullover, cross county skier machine)(back:seated row, lat pull downs, back extension)(YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IN ONE DAY, mix it up) wed cardo, thurs lower body (legs: leg pull, leg press, squats, lounges) fri cardo, sat upper. Sunday eat anything you want and dont exercising, you do this on sunday so your body doesnt go into starvation mode. YOU NEED TO TAKE SUNDAY OFF. If you stilck with this you will have a great body. also drink aleast 8oz of water daily! Stay away from Mcdonals, Wendys, ect because there is nothing good for you on the menu's even the salads are bad (beaon bits, cheeze, dressing, ect) Good Luck :)

It is possible to lose 30 pounds in 3 months, but it's definitely not SAFE. (Ask any doctor or nutritionist). In addition, when losing weight really fast, the average person can't keep it off and usually ends up putting it back on in addition to a few more pounds. In other words, when losing weight slower, a person has a better chance of keeping the weight off. Also, your eating and exercise habits must change and become a real part of a life long process. Otherwise, it is just a "fad" and you won't keep the weight off. Before trying any diet, it's best to check with your doctor, a nutritionist, or someone reputable and experienced with weight loss management. Otherwise, you could find yourself doing more harm than good.

While you could safely lose up to 24 pounds of fat in 3 months...that would be after building up your metabolism and increasing your muscle tone a bit. That would also mean eating Not starving..starving slows the metabolism, causes muscle loss and eventually fat gain.
So you would gain a bit of muscle weight and not actually lose 24 scale pounds...only fat pounds.
Muscle burns fat. a pound of Muscle takes up less space than a pound of fat on the body.
You could use a fad diet and lose muscle and water...and end up fatter in 6 months..everyone else is doing it.

While it is possible, it would probally not be to healthy. it would be best to loose it a bit more gradually. the best diet is the ELEM diet- Eat Less, Exercise More. make sure you dont swap the Es! I lost a lot of weight doing this a few summers ago. drink lots of water, especially when you're hungry.
it is important that you not harm yourself. dont take any pills or start eating any weird fods or go anorexic or bleamic. thats just bad. you'd be better off keeping yourself the way you are now then getting into those kinds of things.

The oldest way to lose weight is the "water diet" drink one glass of water before starting a meal, another one during the meal and another one at the end. It's safe and very effective.

Yes, but, if weight is taken off too quickly, it will come back just as fast. It's better to use a more gradual weight loss.

Probably, but it may not be healthy. That's alot of weight in a short amount of time. Just be safe about it and it could work.
