I am 164cm tall and I weight 70kg(154lb) please be honest i need it.

As a girl, it seems to me, you could stand to lose about 10 pounds, depending on how the weight is spred. I know I'm right there too, getting to where I need to start eating more healthy I mean. You're not fat, just have a few extra pounds (and if it's in the right place, that can be a good thing).

(I had to look up how tall 164 cm was haha, it was nice of you to give the weight in pounds too though.)

Based off of your BMI,Yeah Just a tad fat, It's okay though, You're not COLLOSSAL as our previous member puts it.

probably yes. you are in obesity.
you should not eat high kalories food like junk food.
and exercise every morning. it will be good for you.
if you don't like exercise, you can drink greentea everymorning too.

for now, not yet. but you're heavy. and you could expect to be heavier as you grow older. so you know what you need to do, and act on it, FAST!!! it will do you good anyway. promise.

YES, YOU ARE FAT.

CAN BE REDUCED BY DOING WISE WORK OUT WITH A COMBINATION OF RESISTANCE TRAINING AND CARDIOS.
