It's very good that you're exercising. Keep it up and don't give up. The weight loss will slow down in about 6 weeks when your body gets used to the exercise. However, I think you are pushing yourself too hard. You need a day of rest in between so that your muscles can rest and recover. In that day of rest, you should do some light weight training exercises to tone the rest of your body. Also, you should eat healthy foods and avoid junk foods. Good luck.
Don't trust those fad diets that promise quick weight loss. They are unhealthy and will only hurt your body. You will gain back all the weight you lost from those fad diets. To lose weight permanently, you have to change your entire lifestyle to a healthy lifestyle.

I really like what king yellow has to say, it's really on target
remember that muscle ways more than fat, to watch what you are eating, especially your fat intake and salts, don't eat too many carbs late in the day, maybe try going to your local gym and asking a trainer to help you get on a schedule, you don't have to join a gym to experience the benefits of a great workout. an experienced and well trained person will be able to answer your questions more accurately, even a visit to a health practitioner would be advisable for some advice and to answer the hows, whys and whens of it all,
good luck and have fun and as my friend always reminds me,

Achievement Lasts Forever

you will probably loose a max of 5 pounds by just walking and doing sit ups.
if your dieting as well, that might factor in.
walking more miles will keep the weight off. biking too.

depends on how old you are. If you're above 15, you're exercising too much. You should be at least 100lbs if so.
