get one of those carmen electra strip videos, the work well and you can show off what you learn....and get more cardio!!!

You hate running, but you do like to do cardios. Well, what about cycling?
If cycling gives you more pang in the knees you can opt for the elliptical that is the safer one for the knees. I do not recommend the skipping as it will give the impact on your knee joint.
Go for a step down machine too.
Now you are having varieties of cardios.
Do not wait for anything, just do it.

I had a knee injury that FORCED me to be at home [8 months] so I had to find exercise that I could do to get the cardio going-you'll love this: sit in a chair, and `punch the air' rapidly [to the side, and then other side, and then in front] and do this till your puffing. Next, `march' on the spot [still seated if you wish] rapidly and so forth. Hope this helped (there are others but you can add to this yourself!)

I alternate with 30 min treadmill cardio monday-wednesday-friday and add 60 min stairclimber on tuesdays and thursdays...weekends off or bike riding or hiking in a hilly or sandy area works great too!
Now for your at home part, do the step-test on your stairs...

I like the stationary bike, the seated version. Walking can be great and is not as hard on the body. Of course you could just have sex all day....well that probably wouldn't work.

I hate running too !
Swimming is great cardio because you use your whole body and you don't feel as hot because you are in the water.
Also dancing is great cardio. Its fun to watch music videos and dance around your room :) "hips don't lie" by Shakira is my favorite song to exercise too.

Well, I've been running to but I cant it gets too hot. So I'm gonna go and get a couple dance videos and dance. So start to shake you're booty off. Literally!

get the video called Tae Bo,, It's by Billy Banks. he covers alot of cardio work outs in his video's. I use it all the time.

well for starters jumping jacks and jumprope they work, also try getting you some dvd's
tae-bo or turbo jam something like that they work also I tried step arobic's with the stepper and dvd that really works too.
