well how tall are you?? i guess 127 is okay but 84 is really too skinny...
if you really want to lose a little weight but not to be 84..... you might can Eat right and go work out and tust me jogging always work. jog about 30 minutes a day if you can. if you can't start from ten minutes.

Uh, don't go on a starvation diet. Excercise 20 minutes a day... and since you want to lose weight... probably the time of the exercise will gradually change.... eat low fat yogurts for breakfast, or if you find any "burn fat" yogurt.. oh yes, and try not to eat too much junk food.. and don't get TOO much calories.
What age are you? 84 seems very little....

How tall are you. 84 pounds is anorexic and you will lose your muscle tone at that weight and look awful

first of all, that weight is really unhealthy- and it doesnt look good. it robs your bones of substanace. second of all, how tall are you? that makes a world of difference. please dont get yourself to a weight that is gonna make you unhealthy-its not worth all the looks you think youll be getting because you think you lok hot- people will stare, but only because you look like you need to eat!! no matter your height, 110-115 is a healthy weight, and do it because you want to look better for you-- no matter how much weight you lose, if your doing it for the wrong reasons, the outcome will never be what you want it to be.( and coming from a woman, i think 127lbs is sexy, just enough curves to allure even the toughest of hearts, male or female!) good luck!

If you want to do this it is for life so you need to totally change your way of eating and exercising. This is not a diet rather than a healthy eating plan for life. So no more talking diet cause it means time limit. Stop making some major mistakes wake up earlier and get active earlier your metabolism is sluggish and needs to be woken up this is half your problem.
Here are the golden rules:
Initially cut down to 1200 calories.
Exercise 6 times per week for 1 hours a day. Do three weight sessions and three cardio sessions. No gym involved.
Don't eat carbs after 4pm, never eat carbs within 2 hours of exercise or within 1 hour of exercise.
Drink 3 litres of water per day. You can have a green tea at the end of the day.
Limit your fruit in take to 2 pieces per day.
Never eat dinner after 6pm.
Adopt of low GI eating plan this is sustainable for life!
Make low fat dairy choices
Follow this menu plan as a suggestion:
Breakfast 7am - 1 cup hot water w lemon
20 minutes later have a bowel of oats w water (no honey) OR
fruit salad w low GI soy yogurt
Snack 10am - pear or apple (both low GI)
Lunch 12.30pm - multigrain sandwich w 50g tuna & salad (no butter)
Snack 3pm - low GI yogurt OR skim berry smoothie (no honey or banana) plenty of ice, 1/2 cup skim milk & 1/4 cup yogurt
Dinner 5.30pm - 120g grilled lean meat/fish/prawns/tofu patties (not fried) w spinach salad & mixed vegies (no whites, carbs) OR 3 egg white/soy omlette with ham, cheese and tomato
Snack - 1 scoop of low cal low fat ice cream (if hungry)
Exercise is must be intense. Refer to www.bodybuilding.com for your weights routine. Never do weights two consecutive days have a cardio day in between.
Cardio needs to include running, go hard up stair wells and cycling. You get the most benefits from exercise when your body is totally fatigued and this is when you see changes.
To maintain you can increase calories to 1500 and reduce exercise sessions to 3-4 times per week. If weight creeps up again due to holiday period etc.. go back to 1200 cal and 6 sessions again.

I think you are fine dont lose 84pounds thats to much cause im 171 i want to lose 35 or 45 pounds and i wish i was 127pounds now

It firstly depends on your height. To lose weight you must change your lifestyle, do lot of cardio work, ad do full body workouts to hit each muscle group. You must cut your calories back so that you will lose 3 lbs. per week. More than 3 lbs. per week means that you have cut your calories back too much.

the best and natural way to lose weight is the use of honey. If u use honey with semi hot water one cup as bed tea it woud help u a lot.
and if any one want to gain then a cup with cold water as bed tea.
