There is no fast way. Proper diet is extremely important. Doing 100 crunches per day will make you stonger, but you'll never have washboard abs if you even have a small amount of fat. Work on strenghening your abs and shedding fat at the same time.

lots of sit ups and crunches. also have lots of protein in your diet - soy milk is really good.
