I usually tell people to avoid these pills. They tend to be more hype than reality. I suppose they work for some people, but I have yet to meet anyone with ripped abs who said they did it through a pill.

Not only that, they are filled with caffeine and other stimulants. Some people have suffered heart attacks from them because they took the pills and used hard exercise.

The amount that these pills increase your metabolism are minimal at best. You might burn an extra 50 - 60 calories a day as a result (4 pounds a year). You'd be better served if you took a walk around your neighborhood once a day.

Ultimately, weight loss comes as a result of dedicated fitness and healthy eating. Use a site such as http://www.fitday.com to monitor your activities and food intake and the weight loss will follow.

Good luck.

There is nothing that will do better than proper eating and excersise. Sooner or later the pills either have side effects or don't work at all. You don't have to live on carrots and celery; just cut out ice cream, fast food, donuts, etc. My daughter wants ot loose after baby weight, likes food and has a boyfriend that loves junk food so has been playing with cookie recipes. Using whole grain flours, and honey instead of sugar, cuts out useless calories and the whole grains burn better.
