Hot cheetos can be so cruel. Just calm down. Go with the flow. It is natural for your body to get out routine and it may suck since your on a diet. Just relax. Try to be happy with your body. Think of this whole thing as a bump in the road that you just drove over. It slowed you down a bit but keep going. :-)

SODIUM causes you to retain water. Cheetos are packed with sodium. Try drinking lots of water and exercising in clothes you will perspire in.
Also, eating consistently will cause you to lose more weight than if you starve yourself, or even eat minimally. 6 small meals a day, where your total caloric intake is less than your BMR (base metabolic rate, you can find formulas online, and should consult a physician)
will bring about certain weight loss.

Our intestinal waste does have weight, and if it backs up, in constipation, then you can have a temporary weight gain of 1-2 pounds, and bloating.

This is not good. Intestinal wastes have to be eliminated, not stored in the system. Take a 1/8 cupful of Milk of Magnesia and have a good dump. Then follow that with extra water.

try to put it into perspective....gaining 2 pounds isn't the end of the world. in fact most people's weight fluctuates within a 5 pound range every day. it is normal. why the big hurry to lose weight?

You seem to have a weight issue! Weight has a way of "evening out".

You sound on the verge of having a problem!
