Take balanced diet containing sufficient calories ,vitamins,minerals,green veges.Take plenty of exercise,lot of water and also remain happy and carefree in good surroundings.

keep your meals small, have small utensils, eat slow, have 6 meals a day, dring at least 64 oz of water, workout 2 times a week 20 minutes each of aerobic exercise and one day per week of anerobic exercise, have 2 1/2 cups of veggies per day and have only one pig out day a week. Also stay away from sugar and fats the other 6 days per week. It's easier said than done. I like to think thin.

hello there ; all what you have mentioned are correct, try to get a healthy life still which maintain your health,
eat healthy
drink plenty of water and nothing but water
don't eat within two hours of sleep
exersise 60 min 3 times a week
AVOID UNHEALTHY FOOD that filled of fat
Avoid smoking
and go on....
This is a short view of my life style and that really works out !!

You have to eat Fruits, proteins, be away from fast food, dont smoke, and work out 3 or 4 time per week, in 1 mounth all ur body will change
