Hmmm it looks like you've received alot of good exercise advise, I would add to cut down on your portions that you're eating. You can do all the exercises but if your food isn't right, it'll just sit on top of those nice muscles.
Have these foods only once a week, the rest of the week eat healthy, subway is great for lunch or dinner--limit these things: cheese, sodas,fast foods,fried foods,sugary treats. When you do this and cut back on portions, you'll see a big dif. Also watch the snacking at night-be sure to get alot of exercise, as this will burn fat, like swimming, biking, treadmill, kickboxing,tae bo. You can get these dvd's online and they're great.

eat less fatty foods.
1)normal crunches
2)twist crushes
3)take the legs of a heavy chair or table and go on your back with the chair legs gripped in your hand. lift your legs up slowly and straight.
number 1and 2 work the four upper abs and number 3 works the two lower ones.
Do it all until it realllllllyyyyyy hurts and your cant do it anymore.
do this for a week and a half and you will start to see results.

I don't think it's easy to "spot work" a certain area for improvement like that. We all have a nice six pack - the problem is you can't see it through your stomach and subcutaneous fat layer. You need to burn off the fat and let the muscles shine through, of course working the abs won't hurt either! You appear to be 14. Don't do a thing. You're fine just the way you are ! You're still growing. Enjoy your youth and don't worry about abs.
