I have set my goal weight (for now) to be 150 lbs at the end of my diet. I was wondering what size most women are when they are at that weight. I would like to look at clothing in those sizes to get an idea of what I have to look forward to.

It really depends on height and also weight distribution but you did say average which I would say is likely 5feet 4 inches for women. A woman this tall and weighing 150 pounds would likely wear a size 10-12. I'm 5ft 7in and when I weighed 150 I wore a size 10.

I weigh 152lbs, and I'm 5'3. I wear a size 6. It depends on how you're built. Can't always go by weight. I lift heavy weights and I weigh a lot, but I'm a size six.

how tall are you? 150 lbs. could put you anywhere from a 10 to a 14.

im 5'8 and when i was at that weight i wore a 9-10.good luck
