I eat healthy (fruits veggies) up until just before dinner and then I crack. I eat chips, chocolate and all kinds of fattening foods. Why does this happen? What can I do?

Try eating a balanced meal every time you eat!

Every meal should contain:
A lean protein
A non processed starchy carb (roots, whole grains, etc)
A fibrous carb (salads veggies and fruit)

These meals keep the blood sugar level, allow fat to be liberated for energy!

The cravings will pass in 3 days.

You can't live on only fruits and veggies. Fruits contain sugar in the form of fructose, which is burned quickly. Veggies are mostly water, with a good amount of fiber. You should get some protein, to keep yourself going.

Try replacing chips with pretzels or popcorn. also try sweetened dry cereal to snack on instead of fattening chocolate or sweets. Sometimes I just get bored or just want to munch, so try munching on those things I listed. Sometimes I put a certain amount in a bag and then I know it will be portion controled and I won't over eat.

that is beacuse ...well i do that beacuse fruit and vegtables has this weird taste that you want junk food...then after that...you want fruit...then...junk...then fruit...then junk...than to end it i eat spicy foods...dont try it...its such a taste killer...
