If you are going to exercise a lot, make sure you are eating plenty of complex carbohydrates like bread, rice, or potatoes. Don't try the Atkins diet if you're going to be working out since it forbids carbs. You also need to incorporate plenty of iron into your diet. You may have a slight iron deficiency which will make you more tired more often. You can get iron from foods like dark greens, Total cereal, and beef. Just make sure you're eating. A diet doesn't mean you stop eating 3 nutritious meals a day. Just make sure you're cutting back on the fats, especially the saturated and trans fats (but don't cut fats out of your diet completely) and on cholesterol (since your body produces cholesterol for you, you don't need to consume any). Also, don't try to overwork yourself. It seems like you're doing a great job of varying your workouts, but make sure that you're not doing too much. Spread them out and take days to cool down. Good luck.

When people say healthy diet, it means a diet that is ....(lol)healthy(just joking!) or provides all the necessary nutrients your body will need in sensible(forgive me for the lack of word, but this will do anyway) quantity. <- So you won't get bigger tummy :D lol
But some people thought that diet is limiting yourself from eating any food(or in too little quantity) at all because it makes you fat! It does not make you fat if you eat it in right quantity!
So, let's just say, you actually are not dieting at all but rather killing yourself with that kind of dangerous diet.
O_o additional O_o details O_o lalalalalaaaa~
Well, just eat like normal people but limit the quantity. I think the link below can help you. ^_^ Maybe you wanna check it out to plan your diet but loss weight at the same time. Good luck! ^_^

You have to eat properly when you are dieting and exercising.
Example:
Breakfast:
1/2 cup Oatmeal
Banana
Skim Milk
Mid-Morning Snack:
2 oz tuna
Mozzarella cheese
Lunch:
3 oz baked/grilled/steamed Chicken/pork/fish
1/2 Cup of Carbs (sweet potatoes/brown rice/whole wheat pasta)
Unlimited Steamed veggies
Mid-Afternoon Snack:
medium apple
2 oz tuna
mozzarella cheese
Dinner:
3 oz baked/grilled/steamed chicken/pork/fish
1/2 cup steamed brown rice
unlimited steamed veggies
Mid-Evening Snack:
Medium piece of fruit (apple, orange, banana) OR
1/2 cup strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, etc.
Drink at minimum 100 oz of water a day, it sounds like a lot, and it will feel like a lot. It takes your body about a week to acclimate to that much water, but it will keep you hydrated and will flush the retained water from your body.
AVOID: high fat milk, juice, sodas, sweetened tea, etc.
You can have unsweetened or artificially sweetened tea and coffee with your meals, but only after you have consumed your 100 oz of water
you might want to consider not working out for more than 1 hour per day 5 out of 7 days. Change your workout routine from day to day so that you don't get bored with it, plus different workouts, work different parts of your body

you shouldnt go on a diet where you limit your food to the extent of not having energy. try increasing your caloric intake by a little bit. if you eat cleaner foods you'll also have more energy. that means no junk, no refined sugars, and no obvious fattening stuff like cheese and mayo. switch to complex carbs. also, try doing a pre-workout meal high in carbs that should give u some energy to work with. good luck.

This is a normal thing. I also went throught he same thing when I was shreding weights. I think u dont have a schedule!! Fix a time for exercise meals and all that its a matter of commitment and readiness to get use to the agender.U need self dicipline to cope. Dont worry,Its just one week and ure used to it.This is how people get used to waking up a particular time. Good luck!!

You need a balanced diet. You don't need to starve yourself . I would suggest incorporating lots of fruits and veggies as well as poultry/turkey/ fish. Compliment a well balanced diet with 2 Liters of water a day ( non sparkling for the best effect)
Like that you will still be on a diet, but you will get all the proteins, lipids, glucose, vitamins and minerals that your body needs to function normally .
Best of luck to you
