I was wondering... How do you get a toned stomach and tight thighs if you're a girl? I don't want six-pack abs. I just want to get rid of a little bit of jiggle. How do you do this quickly in one month or less without burning yourself out?!!!!! Thank you for your answers :)

Weight loss is a very misunderstood process. Actually, in order to move fat from storage to fuel as energy, you need carbohydrates (minimum 130 grams). To completely break down stored fat, your body needs carbohydrates. Without carbohydrates, your body incompletely breaks down fat and produces ketones. Large amounts of ketones are produced by stored fat when burned without carbohydrates. Ketones are irritating to your kidneys and your body will attempt to get rid of them in your urine. This urinary loss of ketones represents only about 100 calories per day, which is not going to cause a significant weight loss

im 15, 5'4'' and im 143 pounds. i dont really look it, i look average, but i would like ta look BETTER in a bikini..how can i like..get rid of mah thigh fat n mah tummy? mostly its the sides of mah stomach..but yea..and i do cheerleading nd tumblin nd dance so like..i guess im working out..nd i eat normal...its like..im to fat help -sniff- lol yea im thinking about gooing aneroxic (i know i know its bad dont entirely nag me about it..i was only considering it!!!) but yea anyone that can help...help lol

Is there official weights on a chart that say someone is heavy, obese, fat etc ??? When are we allowed to say someone is FAT?

I am trying to lose weight in a healthy manner I can stick with. I was previously a smaller person, and college caused me to gain alot of weight. I currently go to the gym 3-4 days a week and consume less then 2000 calories a day (probably more like 1500-1800) and I eat a low fat diet for the most part with lean meat and lots of veggies and fruit. How many calories should I brun each time I go to the gym in order to lose weight in a reasonable time? The quicker the better of course, but safety and the ability to keep it off is most important. My job requires me to stand for at least 2-3 hours a day and I walk between classes.
