They are in the Fight and Flight status, as the person runs, oxygen delivery into lungs is reduced so as Adrenaline is secreted to match the situation, as Adrenaline is circulating the lungs will be accelerated to compensate the needed oxygen, afterthat blood will increasingly flow into lungs to carry the oxygen into the brain and other vital organs for respiration, this leads to this redness, while the person calms down, the fight and flight status is changed into normal state, Adrenaline excess will be deactivated, lungs will calm into normal as a result blood circulation will be calmed too......

Increased blood pressure. Arterioles also open up and carry more blood to the surface...I'm sure this helps with cooling too. People with dark skin obviously don't redden.

because when we run our blood circulation starts running very fast. tenstion not ficure not koi chinta ki baat nahi hai par dr. ko consult karna bura nahi hai.try to go &meet him &talk him.all right take care.........
