Actually, spell check doesn't correct grammatical errors. Loose is actually spelled correctly, just used incorrectly.

Because the intelligent answerers themselves make out the correct sense of the sentence.
But in this case of 'lose' and 'loose', you can try the spellcheck yourself, it won't show any thing wrong as both the words do exist in the thesaurus, though with different meanings, but the spellings are not incorrect in any of the case.

there is no right answer to your question, some time you forget to check spelling coz you in such a hurry to get the answer, and other times you dont see the mistakes. Just bare with all people mistakes and all. no one is perfect.

Not everybody speaks English like you do. But it should not stop humans to comunicate. Also I bet many people speak english better than you speak their language.
