Remember that you are 15, your still growing which means that you will lose some of that fat just by getting older, but that doesn't mean not to excersize and eat right. Don't eat 3 meals a day, eat 6 small meals a day. Look up some dietary sites. Eat low fat, high protien foods since you are athletic. Cardio is the only way to lose fat, working the muscles in that area will tone and or strengthen the muscles, but will not get rid of the fat. Although, I still recommend that you work out that area anyway, it will only help. Just remember like some of the others said, work cardio for at least 20 minutes. Start slow so you don't over work yourself and want to quit, then work up to 30 minutes, to 40 and so on until you are hooked and enjoy working out. Last thing, by making yourself throw up, you'll have health problems down the road.

Dancing is great exercise, and something you can do through out the day. (Denise Austin has an excellent work out on Lifetime network at 7am eastern time, you see results the first week and feel them the first day)
Lots of water!!! All day carry a water bottle and refill it. water helps break up salt deposits in your body which in turn help retain water and fatty tissue (including cellulite). Try to stay away from energy drinks and anything with caffeine in it. Those things give you rapid boosts of energy but then pull you down really hard leaving your bodies natural metabolism really off whack.
As for considering anorexia you need to take some classes on how to better understand your body. Keep a well balanced healthy diet, muscle tone is in and looks a heck of a lot better.(anorexics and bulimics look more like crack heads. Its not cute in any way, )

In the A.M.. you can do 10 sit-ups, 10-12 squats (don't do too many starting out. add 5 more each morn till you get use to it) If you are able to walk one time a day..I would walk one way 15-20 minutes by your watch, then walk back home. You san stand at chair height and put hands on sides, then while holding the back of a chair with both hands, raise left leg to side 10-15 times.Switch to the right leg and do same..In two weeks you will really notice a difference . try doing some exercise in the a.m., (b/4 you eat lightly) and before you go to bed. No eats after 8.This works when you cut out your sweets as much as you can, and no snacks..(eat cut up veggies kept in fridge)

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

get plenty of exercise, drink only water, have a balanced diet and three meals a day, and take some self esteem courses.......look back over what you've written, how ridiculous to it sound to you?
honestly, you seem like an intelligent girl, your 15, why do you think you need to do anymore than what you are doing, just because everyone else is saying you have to be a particular way, it doesnt mean you do, thats what peer pressure is, and i know society demands it, but it isnt the right way to go, remember the world is bigger than high school, and whatever you look like now, wont matter to any of these kids you go to school with in five years time. Be yourself and make something of your life rather than being a puppet.

That's an easy one! Stop eating so much unhealthy food. Try to eat fruits and veggies
and go for walks. Do you know how to swim?
If you do, then go swimming. Join the YMCA.
They have wonderful exercise equipment there.
Use the stationary bike and the treadmill. Also you can use the weigh lifting equipment but start out gradually and get some assistance when you first use it because you don't want to injure yourself. Stay away from the anorexic method, you can die from that. Don't become extreme on one thing Good Luck

Losing weight will automatically lose the tummy fat and leg fat too. Try doing cardio exercise regularly like power biking, jogging or brisk walking for an hour. Then do some light weight lifting to tone your muscles. For flatter abs do a regular floor board crunch, bench and stretching too..this will help your muscle flexible and adjust to your body change.

Ok...its hard to spot train any part of your body--you can tone up both parts by strength exercises...but your best bet is to do a lot of cardio activity. Run, walk, jog or do anything thats going to get your heart rate up and stay with it for at least 20 minutes 3-4 times per week. Eat a balanced diet..low calories and low fat-and you should start seeing a difference. If you dont alter your activity and diet then your body wont change.

Anorexia will not help you get a flat tummy and firm thighs.
You seem to be at a good weight for an athletic person, just try working your abs, obliques, gluts [medius, maximus, and minimus], and your quadriceps. It will not make you lose fat, but it will tone your muscles, making it more firm and less jiggly.
