Go to the vitamin store like GNC.
There are actually HUGE amounts of protein & weight gain products sold there.
Bodybuilders use them to "bulk" up.
Mix the stuff up with bananas, ice cream, and yogurt...other fruits too.
Makes a great smoothie....and put GOOD HEALTHY weight on you.
Always eat your protien too!

Boy this question gets asked a lot I'm glad I'm not the only one struggling to put some weight on. This is what I did I spent $80.00 and went to a nutrionalist. This is the diet I was put on I would suggest you make sure it's okay for you before you try, but if I stick to it I'll gain 1lb a week and I do. It works like this
Breakfast, Lunch and dinner= 4 servings of carbs, 2 servings of fat, 3 oz of meat and in between each meal I have to snack on 2 servings of carbs. It seems hard but one serving of carbs can be as easy as eating one small box of sun maid raisins. 15grms equals one serving of carbs. I've been on this for about two months now and have gained 7lbs the last I weighed myself. 13 more pounds to go!!!!!! Good Luck.

About an hour before you go to bed at night, regardless of how much you're not hungry, drink 16 ounces of chocolate milk and eat a peanut butter sandwich. Within a few months, you should be able to gain 6-10 lbs.

I used to be 'skinny' even after giving birth to 2. I used to try to gain weight by all of the 'means' to no avail! I wore 5/7's until I reached the BIG '60'. I can tell you this! EVERY Thing changes!
I am now large..going on plus!
Please, I beg, of you, be happy with the way you are! Just eat healthy and exercize! Fat people are jealous!

well if u smoke u can cut it which is also good for ur health and it makes u gain weight really fast... im like u so i know how u feel.. i was so skinny people thought i had anorexia... anyway.. u can try going to a gym to build a little muscle and well that is really nice. it kinda fills in the missing stuff. i started track and field, high jump and now i have a perfect body not skinny and not fat... perfect! i hpe i kind helped!!

When ever you eat sit down or eat lots of food and then go to sleep you gain lots of weight like that.

Weight gain supplements can help. You need more protien and other balanced material rather than just sugar and carbs. Go to a health food store to find weight gain products.

Do what my ex-wife did. Get married, get fired from your job, sit on the couch, eat until there is no food left in the house, then order carry-out. Oh, and don't forget to not exercise or engage in sex. The bed is for eating and sleeping only!
