I was wondering... How do you get a toned stomach and tight thighs if you're a girl? I don't want six-pack abs. I just want to get rid of a little bit of jiggle. How do you do this quickly in one month or less without burning yourself out?!!!!! Thank you for your answers :)

yoga, karate, hula hooping, situps, there are a million other excercises but i can't list them all. a good book is Teenage Fitness by Kathy Kaeler and a good magazine is Shape.

try half sit ups, they work ur stomach. :)
