Dance or other options would be appreciated. No rude ones thanks! I don't like gyms and stuff generally..

I'm a big fan of Kick boxing aerobics or tai bo, but I think that belly dancing classes would be alot of fun too. But, my roommates just bought a DDR (Dance Dance Revolution) game and it is tons of fun and has been keeping us up and moving for hours at a time ever since we got it.

Hmmm, well as you can tell by the name I'm a big salsa fan...not only do you get some exercise but you get a social evening out which is great too. It's been proven that Latin Americans are among the happiest people in the world and it is said to be down to their high level of social dancing...it's always nice to be held! lol. The classes themselves are often quite slow, but the freestyle sessions will heat you up! Apart from that I find rock climbing pretty fun, but again it includes a social side as you need a belayer...great for toning the bod and weight loss too. If you're looking for some non cardio exercise yoga and Pilate's would be top of my list as they balance both mind and body out quite nicely. Apart from that dance classes are great and the odd aerobics class is fun too. The most important thing to consider is how it fits into your lifestyle. If it slots in without hassle, you're more likely to go!

One of my favorite workout routines is punching a free-standing heavy bag.

Excellent cardio and upper body workout plus, you get to take some aggression out after a long day at work!

Make sure you do it like a real boxing match, hit it for 2 minutes, than take a 2 minute break and go at it again for another 2 minutes and so on.

You'll get an appreciation for what boxers go through when they fight. The first time you do it, I doubt you'll make it to the 3rd round before you're just too exhausted but that's okay, just keep doing daily and you will see your stamina increase. I've been doing it for a couple of months now and I'm up to 6 rounds before my arms starts feeling like led!

Have fun!

2 that work for me is Aqua Aerobics, great cardio workout without pain because of the water. And my favourite, Salsa dancing it's total fun. It works on all the right places like the waist, hips, thighs and even the flabby arms.
Attend the classes at beginners stage and work your way up as you improve, guaranteed a great time will be hard, you'll be wanting more.

I have just started pole dancing classes and im lloving it!

Now dont go thinking sleazy thoughts!

It's girls only in a room above a pub in a village.....NOT some sleazy club.

And no, we dont strip off!

You get fit without realising it, because you dont get out of breath, but its tiring and makes a sweat like a bugger!

But it tones you arms,k stomach and thighs up.

And builds upper body strentgh
