Yes. I struggle with binge eating at times.
COMMON STATES OF BEING FOR THE EATING DISORDERED INDIVIDUAL
Low self-esteem
Diminished self-worth
Belief in the thinness myth
Need for distraction
Dichotomous (black or white) thinking
Feelings of emptiness
Quest for perfection
Desire to be special/unique
Need to be in control
Need for power
Desire for respect and admiration
Difficulty expressing feelings
Need for escape or a safe place to go
Lack of coping skills
Lack of trust in self and others
Terrified of not measuring up
A person in one or more of the above states of being will naturally seek comfort for, alleviation of, or distraction from their feelings. How and why a particular person turns to starving, bingeing, or purging as a way to cope are matters of speculation and psychological theory.

Father-daughter and mom-son relationships are extra helpful than father-son, and mom-daughter. So confident, to a component fathers or father-figures frequently play a huge place in women folk with ingesting subject concerns, yet no longer adult adult males extra often than no longer. in certainty, a solid guy has the flexibility to heal a woman with an ingesting disease. in view that frequently cases a father performs a great place in a daughter arising an ingesting disease, yet another male-determine could make a huge distinction. a solid boyfriend, or purely male chum can replace a womans view on life thoroughly. a solid male-determine can help the girl recover from the undesirable father-determine who taught her that adult adult males basically choose warm, slutty, and plastic women folk. ---------- yet in addition do no longer forget that adult adult males can develope ingesting subject concerns too.

yes. anorexia is when you starve yourself, and bulimia is when you binge and then force yourself to throw up. is you had an eating disorder before, listen to this: are you really fat? or are you just telling yourself that? Think about it. if you're still unsure, ask your doctor about your weight. if he/she says that you are overweight, try going on walks. my mother does that and she's lost 18 lbs.
