I was wondering if anyone can tell me where I can find the criteria for becoming a yoga instructor. I have been practicing for about 3 years and I would like to take the next step and teach. Also, does anyone know of a good school where I can complete my teacher training?

There is absolutely nothing to stop you from teaching Yoga right now. Unless your state or country has a licensing commission that covers this you can just set up shop, make a flyer and start teaching.
Students who want to learn a dance, craft, exercise, etc should check into the credentials of any future instructor. If you are interested in receiving actual "certification" as a Yoga Instructor you can contact a number of schools (sorry I dont know your city, state or country) to help point you to one.
Here is a link to the Yoga Alliance which registers both individual yoga teachers and yoga teacher training programs (schools) who have complied with minimum educational standards established by the organization.
