Though there are many ways to lose weight quckly but none of them are healthy, There is n such thing as instant weight loss and u shud not go in for that. By controlling the intake of calories and regular exercise you can do this in 30-45 days

Try the weight watchers points system, I lost alot of weight quickly, and contrary to what most people think,. You do not have to buy their food,. you buy normal food,. you can basically eat anything you want in moderation,, the thing is, every food has a point total, and you get so many points each day depending on your weight. You don't even have to keep going to the meetings, just go to one meeting and get the information then do the program at home, it's easy, might even be able to pick the info up at a weight watchers outlet store if you have one in your area.

After trying for 10 years. I finally lost 150+ lbs (12 stone) and kept it off for over 4 years now. I am now in amazing health, all around, not just thinner.

I did it without medicine, workouts, religion, going hungry or hating my food and without an operation or secret formula. I had tried counting: calories; carbs; fat; etc. I had tried jogging, swimming, weights, aerobics, crazy medicines and starving! But nothing ever worked well or lasted very long.

I also had Hypertension, High Blood Pressure, Chronic Asthma, vision and hearing loss. constant colds and ills, annual flu or pneumonia and more. I was approved for bypass surgery and taking usually between 16 and 20 pills a day.

eat right and exersize. im shur you could eat less and drink more watter but i wouldent do it very long. and if for some ungodly reason you do go cold turky stay active and eat the bare minamem of fruts and veges and nuts a nice verity and drink lots of watter. and dont let your self get over waight again evon if you dont make your gole this time.

think ahead to how youll eat and exercise on the weekends its easy to get too relaxed on saturdays and sundays but healthy living is a 7 day a week endeavor
