After trying for 10 years. I finally lost 150+ lbs (12 stone) and kept it off for over 4 years now. I am now in amazing health, all around, not just thinner.

I did it without medicine, workouts, religion, going hungry or hating my food and without an operation or secret formula. I had tried counting: calories; carbs; fat; etc. I had tried jogging, swimming, weights, aerobics, crazy medicines and starving! But nothing ever worked well or lasted very long.

I also had Hypertension, High Blood Pressure, Chronic Asthma, vision and hearing loss. constant colds and ills, annual flu or pneumonia and more. I was approved for bypass surgery and taking usually between 16 and 20 pills a day.

take a look at my before and after pictures...

Eat low calorie foods, fruits, vegatables, drink natural fruit juice, and exercise. To tell you the truth, under-eating using this method may occur, it did happen to me, don't let your brain tell you your full of fruit if you've only had a bite, it does happen, so don't let it.

You know what helps me? Writing down exactly what you eat (in size and quantity). I used to think - I eat little and I gain weight anyway. Later I found out how much I really eat (don't forget all snacks!)

Actually, I find that if i go on a diet, that I eat more, than I would normally eat!

Though, its healthier foods, instead of the junk foods I love, but there are a lot of portions...

(Though, I did at one time threaten my wife, that if she EVER fed me another boiled chicken in her LIFE....then I would beat her with it!! UGH!! I HATE BOILED CHICKEN!!!! sheesh!

I wish you well..
