Summer is coming up which means I'll have more time to sleep, more free time and more time at home. I am going to be a freshman next year. I want to take my workouts to some big extremes over the summer since I can sleep and rest more. How can I do this? Does anyone know of some good advanced exercises? I've been working out for 2 years now. I started working out seriously for about the past 7 months. Just need some good advice both on strength training and running. I need to improve my speed on running. I'm a male.

Today I tried to buy some diet pills and they said I had to be 18 or older. Now I want to buy laxatives, but I'm not sure if I can buy them because I'm thirteen. Can I buy them or do I have to be 18+?

I want to start a sushi diet for 2 months. SUSHI,WATER,FRUIT EVERY DAY FOR 2 MONTHS.
Breakfast: Bowl of fruit
Lunch: California Rolls
Snack: Fruit
Dinner: Calfornia Rolls

Water throughout the day. I want to lose 20 pounds. 10 pounds each month. I do a pilates workout 2 hours a day. Sushi has alot of protein and it's low-cal so i figure its good for dieting. What do you think about it overall?

im not fat by any means. i just want to loose some weight and firm up. (3.5 weeks till my pageant) im trying to do it the healthy way (exercise, cutting out sugars. stuff like that) but try as i might i cant stick to it verry well. does anyone have any tips on dieting tricks or ways to stick to a diet/excercise plan? or recipes for healthy snacks? (i have a membership to a health club already.) in general any help would be wonderfull.

I hydrate throughout the day so I don't think that's the problem... I'm also not starving myself so that's definitely not the problem... I usually push myself VERY hard and usually a little into an hour I feel very weak and nauseated! What's the deal!?

I just started the South Beach Diet and I can not stick to it for more than like 1 day. it is a pretty easy diet to stick to in the first phase which is what I'm in, but I just can't stick to it! It's driving me crazy!! Any advice for a gal that can't stay away from the bad foods?
