I cut my caffeine habit into almost nothing by dropping my portion sizes. You shouldn't eliminate it entirely, but find a safe and satisfying level that makes you feel "normal". I found that I couldn't even get a buzz from caffeine, (I had headaches and malaise if I didn't get caffeine!), until I switched to espresso, and then I started getting heart palpitations. I had to cut back or have heart problems. It can be done. You have to outwit the addiction and taper off slowly.

the reason you cannot loose weight isn't the caffeine it is the 20 plus tablespoons of sugar you are ingesting with each soda! Caffeine isn't good for you either there are many health problems associated with caffeine as well.
Don't start drinking "diet" drinks to replace the sugar. Aspartame is the most dangerous sweetener used! read the web site below.

the issue with ingesting soda is the calorie content fabric. you're eating an excellent style of empty energy once you drink sodas and at this element on your being pregnant, you merely want approximately 3 hundred better energy, so which you would be able to make the main of your on an conventional basis caloric intake. in case you're ingesting an excellent style of milk and juice, those have extreme a calorie content fabric besides, yet they have extra dietary value than sodas. additionally, in case you be sure to bypass the nutrition plan-soda course to circumvent the better sugar and energy, be advantageous to circumvent aspartame and saccharin. the only synthetic sweetener this is secure for intake in the time of being pregnant is Splenda. i think of that the only nutrition plan drink that has Splenda is one style of nutrition plan Coke. wish this facilitates!

Substitute one of your sodas with a flavored water, juice etc. Cut back on one soda a week until you are weaned. I understand how you feel. I have done it before. Good luck!
