Why should you wait?? And why are you proud of walking for 20 minutes -- that's only 20 minutes, like.. seriously? That's only half the time it takes me to walk to school. Not to mention the fact that I got to walk back. So all in all, I walk for 1 hour and 20 minutes just for school. 20 minutes, you shouldn't even break a sweat

drink a little water or fruit juice and wait 10 or 15 minutes.because you might still be sweating. My husband has to wait 2 minutes(to stop sweating) for every 7 minutes he's exercised. ...also, make the water a temperature that's comfortable for you at that time, even if that is a little cooler or hoter than you usually have it; why take a cold shower & gat muscle cramps ? & why take a really hot shower & keep sweating? listen to your body.

Wait 15 minutes after excersising before you take a bath or shower. That is enough time to allow your heart rate to decrease and not jump out at you when you shock it by going into shower mode. Take care-T

I always wait until I'm cooled down after I've run, because if you get in the shower while you're still sweating, you'll sweat after you've washed and have to shower all over again.

Take the shower. Maybe even a bath with bubbles and scented candles. A nice good book, and a couple of shots.

wow walkin is gud exercise.after walkin u shoud wait for 7-10min to cool off ur body then take shower u will feel better.
