im not fat by any means. i just want to loose some weight and firm up. (3.5 weeks till my pageant) im trying to do it the healthy way (exercise, cutting out sugars. stuff like that) but try as i might i cant stick to it verry well. does anyone have any tips on dieting tricks or ways to stick to a diet/excercise plan? or recipes for healthy snacks? (i have a membership to a health club already.) in general any help would be wonderfull.
