lets see... if you're 6'1 then that means you're 13 inches over 5 feet? so... 13x5=65. 65 pounds + 100 pounds for every inche that you're over for being 5 feet. You should be 165 ro be decent looking. If you want to lok toned and skinny I suggust around.... 150. Well all this calculation is from the five foot rule. It mens for every in. your over you + 5 lbs. to 100 and every in. you're under 5 ft. you - 5 lbs. Get it? Well I hope I helped. I did all this math and I'm ONLY 12!

It's not the weight you should concern yourself with but instead the bodyfat%. I'm 92kg with 6.78% bodyfat but according to the BMI i'm overweight, bordering on obese.

Go with your bodyfat% instead

I would say not less than 175 and not more than 225 - depending on your bone structure.

depends on your start weight and your overall bodyfat %... not just height.
