maybe the weight between 115 -135.

im like 10 and i weight like 100-110. and so if you add that up with a 13 year old by like 5 then there should be your answer.

115-120: your a skinny person
120-125: your at a good weigh for your age
125-135: try eating a little bit less junk, and about maybe a couple of friuts and veggies 1x a day! or maybe take a walk around the block!

Hope I Helped!

When I was a teen, I am the same height and the best wieght I ever had was 135lbs. I was about 97lbs at 13, but when I started getting my period, I gained 20 lbs. This is a nessasary wieght gain because your body is now maturing. Guys who like girls who have no curve are borderline pedophile, liking an undeveloped body is a perversion of sexual desire. If you are gaining weight, that is good, enjoy your new look. If you are not gaining, just hang in there- and DON"T DIET! At your age it can cause mental retardation if you don't get enough fat in your diet. IF you are very overwieght- see a dietician to find a good plan of action. Teen dieting is very entailed and needs a professional to oversee it. Talk with your doctor during your annual exam.

When you are 5 ft, you count 100 lbs. For every inch over, add 6 pounds.

Therefore, you should be around 118 to be healthy.

115 - 135. just a guess. but cant say its a healthy weight for you, cause everybodys body is different and reacts to food differently and if you use different medication or what not, so that's just guesstimate
