Today I tried to buy some diet pills and they said I had to be 18 or older. Now I want to buy laxatives, but I'm not sure if I can buy them because I'm thirteen. Can I buy them or do I have to be 18+?

Oh yeah, and are laxatives pills?

yes you can get laxatives if your 13, and it comes in a liquid that you drink. it tastes disgusting and you have to drink a bottle a day for 3 to 5 days if you want to clean yourself "out". but in those days you cant really go anywhere or you end up running to the bathroom every ten minutes. and if your using them as a weight loss thing, which it sounds like you are, its a bad idea you can easily get dyhydrated and its not good for your organs, i know i tried.

Well, no... You don't have to be 18...

But at 13, I highly doubt you need diet pills.... let alone trying to use laxatives as them.

Take it from someone who had an eating disorder, it's not worth it.

Seeing as you put this under "diet and fitness" I am assuming you are looking to take laxatives to lose weight, not because you constipated? If that is the case, good, I am glad they did not give them to you... If you think that they are used for weight loss you obviously aren't old enough to be using them responsibly without your parents permission. If you think you really need them, get your mom or dad to buy them for you, so at least they know what you are doing.
