I want to start a sushi diet for 2 months. SUSHI,WATER,FRUIT EVERY DAY FOR 2 MONTHS.
Breakfast: Bowl of fruit
Lunch: California Rolls
Snack: Fruit
Dinner: Calfornia Rolls
Water throughout the day. I want to lose 20 pounds. 10 pounds each month. I do a pilates workout 2 hours a day. Sushi has alot of protein and it's low-cal so i figure its good for dieting. What do you think about it overall?

Sushi is good, but its not good to eat every day. There was this special that was on TV that my boyfriend made me watch cause i love sushi and this guy ate it all the time, and well long story short he had these headaches went to doctor and the doctor the doctor saw something move in his eye.. ans the guy ended up have worms in his brains that he got from the sushi. I never would of believed it if it wasnt the stupid news :(

Yes, probably, but I wouldn't recommend it. You can still eat sushi, but I wouldn't eat it constantly. You'll get sick of it, trust me, and you'll be compromising your health.
The only way to lose weight is to exercise more and eat a healthy, reduced-calorie diet that includes things from all the food groups. There are lots of good foods that will help you lose weight: anything with fiber (vegetables, whole grains, fruits) will make you feel full faster and longer. Low fat dairy products and whole grain products in addition to a healthy lifestyle have been known to make smaller waists.
So, yes, you'll lose weight, but it's not a very healthy way to go about it. The regular way works just fine; I've tried it and lost 20 pounds. If you want some tips, you can e-mail me. destefanoak@yahoo.com

I personally don't like sushi...but the fish is good protein and omega 3....adding a bit more veggies...especially green ones and tomatoes will help you to lose weight as well. Overall, sounds real good if you stick to it...especially if you are incorporating daily reg exercise. Remember though to give your palate and system, and exercise routine some change every once and awhile or you may get bored with the diet and workout...and may reach a plateau and that could halt/deter your progress. Good luck.!!!!!!

You should try it and see and let us know. It is OK to try limited food intake. Mahatma Gandhi did this a lot. People in our society should be more like you and experiment and learn things. At worst you will not lose weight. At best it will work so well that you write a book about it. Good luck! If it soes not work you can try info on below site.
The problem in our society is not people eating limited diets. It is due to eating MASSIVE AMOUNTS OF UNHEALTHY FOOD!

Once you start eating regular food you will gain weight. Plus you will get bored with eating the same thing each day. Just eat a low fat - low cal diet, plenty of water and exercise. Bam! Weight loss.

i think it may work but for the calcium do a supplement form gnc they are very helpful in there. make sure that they are gel capsuls because tablets do not dissolve sometimes very well. the best way to find out if the vitamins you take (u should take those as well) is to disscolv them in viniger to see how long it takes

I think it will work. It sounds realistic and healthy, and the pace of weight loss is about right. But oh, baby, it will take discipline! You can do it!

Don't forget nutrition. Take supplements and veggies too. There isn't enough in what you describe. Good luck.
