You could buy an internal cleanse program from Dr. Natura www.drnatura.com. Their colon cleanse program is really easy to use, safe, and best of all, it cleans you out! The website is pretty interesting...read up! You'd be interested to know (or not know) what you've been harboring all these years, plus, you may be carrying around a lot of impacted, ahem, fecal matter that adds up to pounds. I lost 7-10 pounds on the program and didn't even diet. My husband lost weight as well, and his "beer belly" seemed to disappear. Seemed to clear up a lot of odd symptoms I was having as well.

Good luck to you!

I do a colema 2x a day. Once in the a.m. and one at bedtime. I started about 8 years ago and lost lots of weight and cleansed out my intestines---bowel area actually and lost a whole lot of 'extra' lying about in there. That is why so many people have fat stomaches...hard and gassy people! It is really rotting meat, food inside you....so you have a very large bucket full of warm water and nothing else in
it. You have a plastic tube and well, you have water gently flowing into your body (thru your anal area) and it takes about 20 minutes to empty the bucket while you are lying on a board over a toilet. There are a few sites where you can research this and order a board kit. It costs but will save your life. I look 20 years younger now and have gotten rid of all sorts of parasites inside my body and also I am never sick any more. My skin radiates health.
But never do a 'colonic irrigation' please. This is a fast rushing of water that hurts your bowels and is done by some health places--not good.

yes a good remedy is castor oil take 3 to 4 tablespoons in a 24 hour period follow each spoon with 8 oz. of warm water this will clean the intestine&the colon. Also aloe vera juice will clean the intestine. Also colyte or trilyte will clean the intestine&colon but you need a perscription for those two. Hope this answers your question. To clean the intestines you must go thru the bowel after the cleaning process is over it has to come out thru the bowel.

I don't have a recipe, you can buy the boxes in the health stores, I have never done a cleanse, but be careful not to do it too much, or it will upset the bacteria in your intestinal tract, we do need some bad bacteria in our intestines to fight germs.
Now days I think they sell the kit to cleanse and then the kit to replenish what you might have lost, I have heard that yogurt is good to eat afterwards because it contains active cultures.

I tried this stuff my doctor recommended to me, it's called colon cleanse and works in 3 parts. It starts with high grade fiber to cleanse the intestine and uses a combination of herbs to help detoxify the intestines, and the third part is activated charcoal to absorb the toxins and remove them from your system. I've heard of people flushing out garbage that had been there for years after using this. Here's the address on where to get it. If this doesn't work, nothing will!

It has been proven that cleansing you intestines is a bunch of hog wash.

The system works just right to get things in one end and out the other.

i use to work at a health food store and they have pills that are for cleaning your intestines.. they also have a kit you can use for cleaning your intestines... i think drinking lots of water and taking a good laxative but that is my own way of doing things...i know my mom bought the kit for cleaning your intestines and i do not believe she ever finished it....i know they have things like this at health food stores but i feel more comfortable asking the doctor something like this.. i believe a lot of the things that were being sold in the health food stores were not worth the purchase...but i really think that is a matter of opinion...i know in the old days they used herbs and roots of things for healing but i took some pills for a long time there at the health food store and i did not see anything they did to help me at all...

magnesium citrate would do it but I would not use that unless preparing for a colonoscopy. You'll want to bee really near a bathroom for several hourts. You CAN get it at any pharmacy; it's over-the-counter, with the laxatives.
